{ Lotería bitacorera 2007 }

Como los últimos años, diversos blogueros (JJ, fernand0, pjorge, canopus, y xcaballe) regalamos participaciones de la lotería de Navidad. ¡Como tenemos seis décimos diferentes regalamos una participación de 10 céntimos para cada uno de los décimos!

Si el año pasado pedíamos un pequeño relato, este año pedimos una foto. No nos importa la temática: un paisaje, un edificio, el ordenador, tu cara, la pierna, arte abstracto ... lo que sea. Si
además envias la foto a tu cuenta Flickr (o una web parecida), te agradeceremos que la geolocalices para saber por dónde se encuentran nuestros lectores. No es imprescindible que hagas la geolocalización ni que estés suscrito a Flickr.

Envíanos la foto (o el enlace) a loteriabitacorera@gmail.com. A cambio te regalaremos una participación de 10 céntimos para cada uno de los números.

Hay una serie de sencillas normas:

• 1. Sólo una participación por persona.
  
• 2. Sólo se aceptan participaciones enviadas por correo electrónico.
  
• 3. Debes recibir una respuesta donde se indicará vuestra participación. Si pasado un periodo de tiempo razonable no recibes ninguna respuesta, vuelve a enviar el mensaje (piensa que estamos a punto de entrar en periodo de fiestas ... así que, por favor, espera unas cuantas horas antes de insistir).
  
• 4. Sólo pagaremos si el premio tiene sentido ... es decir, no se contemplan reintegros ni premios pequeños, entendiendo como tal un mínimo de 30 euros de premio por una participación.
  
• 5. El pago se hará por transferencia bancaria (o personalmente) descontando los gastos de comisión del banco.
  
• 6. El periodo de aceptación de participantes finaliza cuando se produzca la primera de estas circunstancias: el 21 de diciembre en las 12.00 GMT o se llega al número de 100 participaciones.

Cuando se llegue a cualquiera de estas circunstancias, avisaremos a través de nuestras bitácoras.

- La relación de direcciones recogidas con los participantes en este juego no se utilizará para nada más que informar sobre este acontecimiento. Está almacenada en el servidor de GMail (Google) y se hará una copia de seguridad privada. Una vez pasada todo eso se destruirá.

- En caso de premio, el pago se hará una vez nosotros lo hayamos cobrado.

- En caso de duda, se pedirá una identificación fehaciente de la personalidad del propietario de la dirección de email.

- En caso de problemas con alguna dirección de correo en el momento de repartir el premio, sólo insistiremos un máximo de 5 veces durante un mes.

- No nos hacemos responsables de cualquier daño provocado por acción u omisión fuera de nuestro control a tu sistema informático durante el proceso del sorteo.

- Se trata de un regalo y no se establece ninguna relación contractual, con las condiciones anteriores y posteriores.

- El fichero que se crea a partir de los correos recibidos es un fichero doméstico y, por lo tanto, no está sujeto a la LOPD. No se hará cesión de datos a ningún parto y será destruido una vez celebrada el sorteo y repartido el dinero entre los afortunados lectores.
